I love the web!
I love the incredible variety, the chaotic riot, of information available there for us all to learn and enjoy.
I love how it democratises communication, making it cheap and easy for anyone to ‘do their thing’ online.
I’m enthusiastic about being able to help and support people to do that.
I think what we put out into the world makes a difference, and it’s important to me to put out good things.
I won’t bullshit you, overcharge you or disappear over the horizon and leave you in the lurch.
I’m not a big design agency and I don’t take on work that I can’t handle, although it’s amazing what a skilled and experienced one-man-band can achieve with websites, these days.
I also know a good few good people in the industry and have a network of friends and colleagues that I can call on for quality work if needs be.
After completing an HND in Multimedia Design (distinction grades) at Bournemouth Arts University in 2001, I immediately dived into the world of freelance design and development.
I have been providing related services ever since.
I made my first website in 1999, and haven’t stopped since.
I started offering website design professionally in 2003.
I have designed, developed, built, managed, worked-on, fixed, edited, updated, re-vamped, assessed, and hosted so many sites that I have no idea of a number.
Easily into triple figures, tho.
I have extensive experience and skill in the deployment and use of both WordPress and Drupal content management systems.
I currently host some 50 domain/website accounts.
When I’m not website-ing, I am usually either blissfully active on my organic fruit and vegetable plot, or practicing, and writing about, yoga and meditation.
